Cathy Matthews

Cathy Matthews is a full-time licensed real estate professional. She has been with Patterson-Schwartz Real Estate, located in Delaware, for more than 10 years and she could not have found a better or more honorable company for which to work.

She graduated in 1986 from the University of Delaware. Cathy spent 15 years in property management and another 17 in the event planning industry. However, she decided that she wanted to do something she loves, so she chose real estate. Cathy is extremely passionate about helping her clients in every way she can.

As a real estate agent specializing in residential properties, she brings abundant energy, creativity, dedication, experience, and knowledge to her work. Cathy is very detail-oriented and provides ample direction in all her transactions so that when they get to the settlement table, it is as smooth as possible. She wants this process to be as easy as possible for her clients, and she works hard to make sure that it is.
