Cathy McIndoo

Cathy McIndoo, a highly respected and experienced settlement services executive, is President of Novare National Settlement Service, a national title & closing company focused on both commercial and residential real estate transactions. Novare was acquired by Fidelity National Financial in late 2015, providing an expanded geographical footprint and multiple underwriting options.

Cathy’s extensive industry experience includes escrow and closing in addition to in-depth title insurance expertise, and she has worked heavily in the commercial space successfully handling REO, new loan and resale transactions nationally. At Novare, Cathy has assembled a first-class team of industry professionals geared towards service excellence and maintaining the highest levels of customer service standards for their diverse clientele.

Cathy is active in many mortgage and RE industry organizations. She also believes in “giving back” and does extensive volunteer work for multiple non-profit charitable organizations.
