03/12/2015 - lindastata Sold a Apartment home in 2015 for approximately $50K in Crystal Lake, Lakeland, FL. Cathy was my listing agent. The initial offer came fairly quickly which was great and then the title search discovered a problem. I was afraid it would delay if not cause the sale to fall through.
