Not everyone is fortunate enough to find a career that is also their passion! More than thirty-five years ago, Cathy found hers with Crown Realty! Cathy is also the Louisburg Branch Manager of her Office! She has dedicated herself to helping others’ Real Estate dreams come true. Cathy’s joy comes from being able to help a family make a house a home in the community that she loves. From helping a newlywed couple find the home they will start and raise a family in, to moving that family into a larger home when they outgrow their first, to downsizing after the children have left the nest. Cathy also enjoys finding that perfect piece of land for someone to build the home of their dreams! Investment property is fun too, they have a shortage of that around here, Cathy gets a lot of calls for rental property! Cathy sold a smaller home as an investment to a client and had a renter for them by the time they closed on it! Her goal is to be your Realtor for Life.

Referrals make up for a huge portion of Cathy’s client base, and also makes for the greatest compliments she can receive. Cathy counts herself lucky to be able to watch a child, a family, and their community grow. Then, to have that grown child ask me to help find their home, because she helped their parents find their dream home 20 years ago just after they were born, is Cathy’s idea of the perfect commendation.
