Cathy Schuster

Cathy believes that the right to own real estate is one of the greatest freedoms that we enjoy in this country. Her mission is to create opportunities for people to live in homes that support and ease their lifestyle choices, while building wealth and security.

Cathy graduated from Southern Illinois University with a Bachelor's degree in Education, specializing in early childhood development and the primary grades. Upon moving to Colorado, she completed her Real Estate Training at the University of Colorado, Boulder. As an active proponent of professionalism and continuing education for those in the Real Estate business, Cathy began early in her career to earn the designations that show and promote excellence and experience.

With over 32 years’ experience as working as a full-time real estate broker, Cathy has experienced many conditions of the real estate market over that time, requiring that she be quick to adapt and educate herself as the market changes and evolves. Her experience ranges from helping buyers buy their first home to helping people navigate and selling their home and buying a home that best serves their changing needs. Owing to her rural upbringing, Cathy has remained a country girl at heart and has developed experience in marketing acreage and horse properties, raw land sales and custom home building. She began her career helping relocation buyers and sellers, who need an agent with a skill set specialized to correctly navigate the requirements of a relocation program and has continued to serve those who are moving from the Denver area. Cathy also enjoys the sales of new construction homes and her experience with new construction and builders make her an invaluable resource to help the buyer with that process.

Cathy's primary areas of service are Westminster, Broomfield, Thornton, Northglenn, Arvada, Brighton, Frederick, Firestone and rural Adams and Weld Counties. However, over the years, her highly diversified client base has offered opportunities for her to work in every city along the front range from Castle Rock to Loveland.
