Cati Byrne is known for her exuberant personality and consummate professionalism. She also has extensive knowledge of North County and San Diego County communities, specializing in Del Mar, Solana Beach, Cardiff-by-the-Sea, Encinitas, Carmel Valley, and the desirable Olivenhain and Rancho Santa Fe Villages.
Not only has she closed millions of dollars in residential sales, but Cati is also a Graduate of the Realty Institute and received the high honor of a GRI Certification (GRI). She is also certified as a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist (SFR), Certified GREEN Resource Specialist, and Certified Probate and Trust Specialist (CPRES). A few years back, Cati was selected as a finalist to appear on HGTV’s television show “Bang for Your Buck” and HGTV’s “Property Brothers.”
Cati attended the University of Pennsylvania and was at the top of her class, making the Dean's List each year while attending the university. Cati is a resident of Del Mar, California, and for over 28 years, she owned and operated a high-quality line of clothing for 21 of those years. Cati's attention to detail was most critical then, as it is now, as she continues to share the same passion for detail in the Real Estate industry. Cati is the daughter of the famous Band Leader, Bobby Byrne, who enjoyed working with many musical talents, including the Tommy and Jimmy Dorsey Band. Cati's father also had the pleasure of opening the Del Mar Racetrack back in 1937 with the famous Bing Crosby. As a result, Cati loves all types of music. She loves the great outdoors and keeping active. She is also passionate about being proficient and up-to-date in her real estate practice. In today’s environment,
