Cece has been actively working in commercial real estate for over 24 years. Cece’s experience includes the management, leasing and coordination of the disposition of office, retail and industrial properties (including over 300 RTC and FDIC properties). She successfully managed and directed 65 real estate agents in 7 Houston area real estate offices. She has been a top producer in Office Leasing with over $15 million a year in transaction volume for several years. Cece currently holds a Texas Real Estate Brokers License (1990), Mortgage Brokers License (2004), CREW Member since (2005), and is a founding member of the RedNews Advisory Board (a Texas Real Estate Newspaper).
