As a first-time home buyer, I Googled for the best steps to find the best realtor. One of the advices was to get referrals from friends or family and to "go get your gut." Cecilia was referred by a very good friend of mine who himself bought his first home in the last year. From the time Cecilia and I talked on the phone to set up our first meeting to this time even after closing on our home purchase, I always felt a sense of family with Ma'am Cecil, as I call her. She was always within reach whenever and she always comes early on our meet-ups. She opened my eyes to the current market conditions and guided me through each step of the house-buying process. She is vocal and honest with her ideas, always making sure that I know what I need to know before I panic. Then there's Gina, Cecilia's teammate, an indispensable added feature! Gina, in particular, walked with me on the "paper" side and showed excellent knowledge with her craft, making sure that my husband and I sign on time. She cares, she listens and as Cecilia put it, Gina walks the extra mile to help the buyers get what they deserve. I can go on and on about how happy I am and my family to have journeyed through getting our first home with the perfect duo of "real" real estate agents!

Cecilia Austria was very helpful. I told her that I have paying for my townhouse for more than 10 yrs and never cancelled my Premium Mortgage Insurance (PMI). She informed me that the lender will never tell you to cancel so i need to call my lender and tell them that my property has already equity and wanted to cancel the PMI. She said that i do not need to refi just cancel mu PMI.
She also mentioned that she can ask someone from their office at Keller Williams to draft me the request for PMI cancellation. She is very nice, knowledgable and helpful.
