About Cecilia
As a Realtor in the ABQ metro area, I have had a variety of experiences that have led me to understand that the most important part of a Real Estate transaction is the people. Regardless of your address, buying or selling a home can be a very emotional journey. It is my highest priority that you have a positive experience. There are lots of details involved in a Real Estate transaction that are important for the buyer and seller to understand. I do my very best to be honest and helpful through all the steps to meet my client's goals.
As a Realtor, the education has never ended, and I am always learning more about this industry through each unique transaction.
There are a great many people that will be part of your buying or selling a home. The coordination of all of the people and steps in a timely manner can be crucial. In the effort to make all of this happen, your interest is always the most important to me.
I entered the Real Estate market as a Realtor after the housing bubble popped. This new market introduced to us new terms and skills that needed to be applied to reach the goals of those buying or selling their homes. My experience began with the word... Short Sale... At a time when the banks were not even sure what they were going to do with these homes worth less than the note.
My skills and style begin with finding out what the needs and situations are of those that want my help. I then introduce the big picture of what I think it will take to reach the goals of my clients. We then work together to make a plan that will best fit the needs of my client. Communication is key for any transaction to be completed in a timely manner. I use email, phone, text messaging, e-signature forms, scanned documents, faxed information, and returned voice mail messages as soon as possible to consistently communicate with my clients. As an additional communication tool, I use my fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) to reach through the barriers to simplify housing opportunities for the Deaf community.
I have a wonderful team that help to make all of this possible. This team includes, but is not limited to; my assistant, a lender, a title company escrow officer, handy man, house cleaner, landscaper, movers, inspectors, painters... Etc...
If anyone I am working with needs any of these services, I am still involved in the execution of whatever they may need with these other individuals for as long as my clients need me.
