than 37 years and am an active member of the
National Association of Realtors, the California
Association of Realtors, and the Orange County
Association of Realtors.
Throughout my career, I have received extensive
training in various areas of real estate, including the
luxury residential market, risk management,
compliance, disclosure requirements, and contract
negotiation, and fluent in Spanish.
Over the past decade, I have gained extensive
experience in determining optimal pricing strategies
for selling homes. Through this experience, I have
developed a successful approach that has resulted in
a remarkable 99% success rate in closing sales.
Originally from Madrid, Spain, I met my supportive
and loving husband Greg and we have been happily
married for over 37 years. We are proud parents of
two sons and a daughter and I am delighted to be a
grandmother to our two lovely granddaughters Mila
and Mikayla., and a grandson arriving in March.
