Prior to getting her license as a Realtor, Cecilia worked as a Chief Regulatory Officer in the management and disposition of multi-million-dollar real estate portfolios on behalf of US banks nationwide, Utah Lobbyist engaged in resort and land development, Utah Winter Olympic program and venue executive representing the Governor’s Office and Committee, and Honorary Consul in charge of three states (Utah/Idaho/Montana). Cecilia is highly educated in business law and holds a degree as Executive Juris Doctor with honors.
