Cecilia Serrano

Cecilia is a real estate broker with a difference and someone who understands property values in the full sense of the term. Cecilia combines financial expertise, derived from her experience as a mortgage consultant, with the professional knowledge of a fully qualified architect. Her formation has been genuinely multicultural: she has lived and worked in Latin America, Japan, Europe and South Africa, and she continues to serve clients on a global basis. Throughout her daily activity, theory meets with practice, aesthetic sensitivity meets with business acumen.

During her architectural training in New York, Cecilia steeped herself in the history of Manhattan at the turn of the century, and in the architectural legacy bequeathed to New York by Andrew Carnegie, Henry Clay Frick and John Phipps. She likes to look upon her activity as a real estate broker as one way of expressing her admiration for this living tradition. Although the base of her work is mainly on the Upper East Side, Central Park South and Central Park West, but her professional interests extend to other areas of the city. After over a decade of doing business in the city, her knowledge of the local market is unsurpassed.
