Before transitioning full-time into real estate, I built a diverse professional foundation—including working in a law firm—where I sharpened my negotiation skills and learned the importance of detail, advocacy, and client-first service. Whether helping families manage estate sales or guiding first-time buyers, I approach each situation with dedication, integrity, and local expertise.
I know Modesto and the Central Valley like the back of my hand, and I pride myself on being a strong advocate for my clients—always putting their needs first and negotiating fiercely on their behalf. Outside of real estate, I’m a devoted community member, having volunteered with the Boy Scouts of America and local animal shelters. When I’m not working, you’ll find me hiking, exploring new restaurants (I’m a passionate foodie and always leave honest reviews!), or relaxing at home with my beloved Scottish Fold cat, Mr. Besitos, who keeps me company during late-night property research sessions.
