I can’t speak highly enough of Cesar. HE IS A DOER. His professionalism, knowledge, integrity and POSITIVITY are his top attributes. He was also extremely detail oriented and accessible, communicated clearly, and made the process in a hard buying market really easy.

From the first time I reached out to Cesar he answered immediately and from there on out was ALWAYS responsive - driving from Long Beach to San Diego multiple times in a week to get us showings (even at the worst traffic times), and picked up his phone no matter what to listen to me complain needlessly or answer all of questions.

During negotiations (and there were many) I always felt like he had our best interest in mind, and wanted to protect us at all costs. We have already, and will continue to recommend Cesar to all of our family and friends.

Cesar let us drag him to 30+ properties over 2 months. He was just as invested as we were to find the right home for our family and was prepared to each showing. He made sure to get all the information we needed to make decisions. Once we did, we entered into a very challenging 97 day escrow and he was present, patient, responsive, and supportive all the way through always accessible and ready to provide advice and guidance. We weren’t his only client at the time but he definitely treated us like we were. Would highly recommend Cesar and if he lets us (note that we are not the easiest clients to deal with), will continue to use him for ours and our family’s future purchases.

If you desire to purchase a home during these crazy troubled times, I strongly recommend Cesar Elizalde with Brackett Real Estate. Right now, it would help if you had a warrior, and he is it. We thought we lost our dream home due to bidding wars. He put in an offer for us on another property nearby property in our desired location and went to battle for us once again, but didn't give up on our original choice. Guess what, our dream home fell out of escrow, and we were next in line. We were able to purchase and renovate, and now we have a fantastic family home and an excellent investment right here in North Long Beach. We appreciate Ceasar's ability to stay focused on every detail of our transaction from start to finish keeping us in the loop every step of the way as he went back and forth with the seller's agent and our loan officer. Cesar has been my real estate agent for two home purchases now. I came back to Caesar for my second home purchase after having such a good experience the first time around. He is super-efficient and does a great job explaining things in a way that I could truly understand - instead of just confusing me more and sending me on my way. Our experience during our first time home buy:

First and foremost we could not have done it without a professional realtor. Luckily we had a realtor within our family. Ergo Cesar Elizalde. Cesar had the opportunity to ease all of our stress and to educate us on each step of this enormous undertaking. Each step we took Cesar was there to help guide us and at times help de-escalate our anger at losing a potential property. Always the optimist, Cesar assured us the right house was there for us and was just waiting for us to find it. Well sure as the Sun is Bright, our first home found us. Everything we were looking for and then some more.. was our home perfect, NO, but that gave us the opportunity to make it perfect for us.

I worked with Cesar in the purchase of my first home. He was instrumental in helping me get everything completed in a timely manner. We were even able to work through me being out of the country for 2 weeks during escrow. When I was abroad and needed to switch lenders he was right there with me along the way and referred me to an amazing lender that got the job done.
