Cesar Reyes is the Employing and Managing Broker for Megastar Realty since 2004. Shortly after he graduated from High School, Cesar decided to pursue a career selling Real Estate. He initially rose the ranks in a few small Real Estate Firms before joining a top producing local Re/Max office at the age of twenty. It was at Re/Max where he began to establish a good reputation as a realtor. After 4 years at a Re/Max office, Cesar Reyes decided to begin the process for becoming an Employing and Managing Broker of his own Real Estate Brokerage. Since 2004, Cesar Reyes has continued to lead the company as it continues to grow. While selling Real Estate for over 18 years, Cesar Reyes has established great relationships with many clients, friends, families, community leaders, local business owners as well as hundreds of realtors. These strong relationships have allowed Cesar Reyes to continue to offer outstanding and professional Real Estate Services to the community. He prides himself on being efficient, knowledgeable, driven, and an experienced negotiator. Throughout the years, he has helped first time home buyers, sellers, buyers, investors, flippers, and developers purchase or sell their real estate property. Cesar ensures to explain each real estate transaction thoroughly with his clients so that they can make the soundest decision for the real estate that is being sold or purchased. In 2017, Cesar Reyes received an Excellence award on behalf of Megastar Realty for most closed sides for an office of 1 to 5 agents by Denver Metro Association of Realtors. He attributes this recognition to the challenging work of the office staff, brokers, real estate partners and wonderful clients. In 2020, Cesar Reyes was recognized by NAHREP for his team’s production in sales during 2019. His team was ranked #34 in the USA for total closed units and #36 for sales volume. NAHREP is national organization that supports Hispanic Real Estate professionals. When Cesar Reyes is not at work, he is usually cooking, reading, playing sports, walking his dogs, and spending time with his family. He believes that Colorado is a vibrant state with so many outdoor activities to enjoy. Cesar also participates with a few local charities throughout the state.
