Cesar Rivas helped me find my first home. I'm pretty sure he didn't realize how picky of a client I would be. I was very surprised with his patience and willingness to help find that perfect home. He was very patient with me and helped me through the whole process. The pre-qualification, inspection and closing of escrow. I would honestly recommend Cesar to anybody looking for a home. Cesar was a pleasure to work with.  He is very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He made the whole home selling process so easy. He listened to our concerns and kept us updated throughout the process. We did not realize how stressful selling your home can be, but Cesar walked us through the process step by step and made as stress free as can be. If you are looking for a real estate agent who genuinely cares about his clients, and most importantly listens. Then Cesar is your man.

If you have crossed paths with Cesar Rivas, all of your real estate dreams have been answered! Look no further, let him work his magic for you. I just cannot say enough good things about him but here goes.......
First and foremost he is a cool, mellow laid back dude. No hard sell, no attitude. I liked him immediately. Fantastic listener! My wife and I had very specific demands as far as our house purchase was concerned and he listened to the entire list. He made it his mission to find exactly what we were looking for in a house. Not once did he try to change what was important to us. He put us first and in real estate, that is incredible. Too many short cutters out there who want to make a commission doing the minimum.
Even though Cesar is a cool dude, that's not enough. A buyer / seller needs a professional. Cesar knows his stuff. He has been in the business for a long long time and he is the ultimate professional. What really blew me away was his attention to detail and extensive expertise in every aspect of a real estate transaction. He left no stone un-turned when looking for our house. He has relationships with several agents and knows how to get things done FAST. He always put our interests and demands ahead of his own and THAT IS HOW BUSINESS IS DONE. Take care of your client, listen to your client, provide them with exceptional customer service. This is why Cesar has been so successful in real estate for several years now.
Even after the sale, Cesar has checked in with us from time to time just to say hi. We have referred every family member, co-worker, neighbor etc his way with our 100% endorsement because we know how thorough and professional he is. If the real estate business could clone the perfect agent, they would need to look no further than Cesar Rivas.
