Cesar Villarreal is fluent in both Spanish and English and is a seasoned professional in commercial real estate, specializing in retail leasing and project development. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Economics, with an emphasis in Political Science, from William Penn University (2010), and licensed as a Realtor since 2011, he has a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by small business owners in commercial lease negotiations.
From 2011 to 2013, he founded Reliance Real Estate under the Keller Williams umbrella, and from 2014 to 2017, he was the South Texas Principal at Retail Solutions (now Resolut RE).
