Chad Baker

Chad, Broker Associate at Re/Max Advantage Plus, based in Lakeville, Minnesota is a 22 year real estate industry veteran. He has represented homeowners, builders, investors, and institutional clients alike with their residential real estate transactions during his career. Mr. Baker has a long history of guiding his clients through negotiations, pricing, problem solving, transaction management, and investment strategies and tailors his transactions to whatever each individual client’s situation requires. Chad takes pride in advocating for his clients to ensure they are being treated fairly and equitably and a deep commitment to customer service. Some of his areas of expertise include: strategic planning, new construction, listing and buyer transactions, land acquisition, investment properties, foreclosed properties. Chad’s expertise and market knowledge has helped him to close over $120,000,000 in sales transactions since January 2010.

Chad grew up in Lakeville, Minnesota and graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Masters Degree in Landscape Architecture. He has been happily married for 25 years and is the father of two girls. He is active in going to his youngest daughter’s college hockey games and active in helping his older daughter with her life goals. Chad enjoys hunting, fishing and outdoors in general, is a foodie who loves to cook and enjoys watching college and NHL hockey in his spare time.
