Chad Barton

Chad lives in New Braunfels with his wife and two young daughters. He is a US Navy Veteran having served in Operation Enduring Freedom on board the USS Enterprise, and is a graduate of Sam Houston State University. In his first year as an agent, he was named National Rookie of the Year and was awarded the President's Cup by Weichert, Realtors, joining the top 1% in sales for the company. He closed $6.4 MILLION in sales in 2016, was named Agent of the Year within his office and was recognized as a Top Producing Agent in the Southern Region of the United States.
