I have used Chad for 4 real estate transactions - 3 purchases and 1 sale. At the end of each transaction, I knew with no doubt in my mind that I received the best deal I possibly could and that Chad worked incredibly hard on my behalf. He's highly responsive, professional, diligent and very knowledgeable. On our most recent transaction, a sale, not only did Chad have to deal with some uncooperative tenants, he implemented a marketing strategy that ultimately netted us about 10% more than we were expecting and 10% more than what the then current market would have dictated.
