Chad Carey

Chad Carey is a REALTOR® and licensed agent with Zimmerman Realty, Ltd assisting with all your real estate needs from start to finish. He is available to take clients from any area, working from both the company's offices in Bellefontaine and Indian Lake. Chad received his real estate sales license from Hondros College and has a strong business background with training from The Walt Disney Institute in Orlando, Florida and Chrysler Corporation in Las Vegas, Nevada. After graduation from Indian Lake High School in 1988, Chad studied business and played baseball at Ohio State University and Bluffton University. Chad is married to Jill (Horn), who teaches at Bellefontaine High School, and they have 2 children, Josh, and Ashton. He and his family are members of Quest Church in West Liberty. Chad and his wife enjoy watching an Ohio State Buckeyes game or any of the basketball/volleyball/swimming events that their children participate in.
