Chad did a fantastic job helping us sell our townhouse. All the way from taking the pictures of your home, putting it on the market to closing - the process was very streamlined and easy to follow. In my opinion, it was very important to get great pictures and videos of your property. Chad works with a very good team around him, so there is no worries that your property will stand out and Chad will handle all activities very professional. Chad knows his stuff and also makes the process FUN! Oh, I forgot to mention, after 12 days on the market, our house was under contract, all during a very difficult time in 2020; which means that the marketing strategy (posting on all major platforms) Chad and his team use works great! Thank you Chad!!

Before Chad, we talked to a couple of other people. This was my first time selling a house, so I felt inexperienced and didn't know what to look for in a real estate agent. We met with Chad and was impressed with his optimism and an aggressive approach that seemed to stand out from the other agents. He seemed to have a ton of resources at his disposal. We had 2 houses to sell with, let's say, some challenging circumstances that came with it. But despite that, he never complained or made excuses. He was always optimistic and told us not to worry that he would work around whatever we decide with problems that arose with the house. He never pressured us with a price we were not comfortable with. If we had any questions we could call or email him at anytime. With emails he would respond very quickly, even sometimes within 5 minutes of sending it out. I swear the man doesn't sleep! Long story short, you will be glad Chad is on your side. He will work hard for you and look out for your best interest.
