Chad graduated from the TTU with a Business degree in 1997. He jumped straight into real estate right after graduation by purchasing his first piece of property. He and his wife, Amy, immediately decided to start a husband & wife real estate team.

Chad is an active member of the Upper Cumberland Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors.
