Chad was an absolute dream to work with! He guided us through the process of both buying and selling a home very smoothly - and if a stressful process like that can go smoothly, you know you're working with the best! For buying, he understood what we wanted, was always available, got us into houses as soon as they hit the market (clutch in our area!), and gave great advice when it came time to write an offer. As for selling, it went by in a blink - closed in less than a month and over asking. Another important note, he's just a really nice guy to be around and knows the area extremely well since he's from here. In the end we got our house under asking, and sold for over asking - think that speaks for itself! Can't recommend him enough.

Chad was recommended to us through a national relocation service company for our out of state move to MD. My wife and I are seasoned buyers and sellers and we've worked with many agents over the years. Chad is as good as it gets.
He is personable and easy to work with. He listens, communicates clearly and promptly. He was on time or early for all appointments. He had great insights on the current state of the market and knows the area well.
When we found the home we wanted there was no question that he worked hard to achieve to the best outcome for us. You can't ask for more than that.

We met Chad at an open house after some unsuccessful searches through Redfin and decided to work with him as we searched for a home in MD. Besides just being a great person with an awesome personality and so easy to work with, he was very knowledgeable about 1) the MD area in general (having grown up there and with around 15 years experience in real estate in the area), 2) home renovation options (he’s competed a couple major renovations on his own homes and this helped him advise us on options as we toured together), and 3) his network through compass gave him access to tons of off market opportunities.
I should also mention that when we found a home we loved, his cool / calm presence and negotiating abilities helped us get a great deal, and his connections in lending helped us secure an accelerated close which helped a ton in getting our offer accepted. He comes highly recommended by us and we are so glad we found him.

Chad did an outstanding job in every aspect of the sale of my house. His knowledge of the housing market in my neighborhood and the surrounding area was outstanding. His past client references were extremely solid. He was very quick to respond to all my questions and needs. He had great recommendations for the resources when it came to the staging of my house. He also had good resources when it came to moving and the final cleaning of my house. When we received the offer his negotiating pointers were spot on and lead to an above average final offer on my house. I highly recommend Chad and would use his services again without hesitation.

We found Chad thanks to my father's tennis circle and there was an immediate ease in our conversations. In a bit of a unique situation, a few months after our introduction we reached out to Chad with one specific house that we were interested in seeing. It had been on the market for some time, and he immediately set up a walk-through for the three of us to see the house. That walkthrough allowed us to see two intangible qualities of Chad's that made the process easier -- and how I knew we chose the right realtor: he also has a young child and has experience renovating a "fixer upper". His insights into both of these areas were invaluable.

Chad is flexible, thorough, responsive and knowledgeable. After buying our house, he helped us quickly get our condo on the market and it sold for over ask in less than a week. Chad made things easy. In a pandemic with a newborn there wasn't much more we could have asked for.

It was amazing to work with Chad and his team again. He helped us navigate trying to buy in this crazy market, ultimately beating out multiple other competitive offers to win our dream home utilizing creative ways to make our offer more attractive. And when we had to move quickly to sell our house, he went above and beyond, even helping us move furniture around to get the house ready for market.
