Chad Dunham

Since 1998, Chad has been actively involved in the real estate industry; having personally bought, sold, leased, and managed both residential and commercial properties. His extensive experience in property management and transactions has provided him with valuable insight into the intricacies of the market.
For over two decades was an integral part (co-founder) of a golf car business, helping it grow from the ground up into one of the premier golf car businesses in Virginia and the Mid-Atlantic region. In 2017, Chad and his Virginia-based team merged with Mid Florida Golf Cars to create a huge presence in the golf car market along the entire east coast, from Miami to Maine.
During his downtime, Chad enjoys traveling as well as a variety of outdoor activities from trekking to skiing to mountaineering. Chad likes a challenge and enjoys immersing himself in different cultures. This love for global experiences and people of international communities encouraged Chad to help lead multiple impactful construction mission trips to Haiti.
