Chad Flett is the realtor of all realtors! We shopped around for the right person and knew immediately Chad was the man for us. Even just over the phone! He is extremely knowledgeable about the area, houses, and made the process seamless. Buying a home is a big purchase, and we knew we were in good hands with Chad. He wasn’t pushy or overbearing, but still able to answer all my questions and give realistic expectations. Needless to say, if you want someone who will do the job right, Chad is the man.

Chad did an excellent job helping us navigate the homebuying process as first-timers. He walked us through each step patiently and was never pushy while we figured out what we really wanted. Chad was quick to arrange showings and great with our kids. Highly recommend.

Chad is everything we wanted in a realtor: knowledgeable, patient, and really, really good. He provided invaluable insights throughout our homebuying process and was fully committed to finding us our perfect home from day one. We first started looking for a home the previous summer, but ended up having to pause our search. Chad was completely understanding when we told him, and while he politely checked in a few times over the coming months, he went into overdrive when we told him we were ready to start looking again. A few short weeks later, we had an accepted offer on the perfect house for our family, at well under asking price! We have no plans to move for the next
couple years, if we do move, we're using Chad to sell! You would be hard-pressed to find a more professional agent.

Chad is the man! He helped us buy our home from out of state, videoing properties to us when we couldn't be there in person. He was honest with his opinions, helpful in finding out information, and really went the extra mile to find us what we were looking for. He went to the inspection for us, and helped us all the way through closing. While this whole process is a stressful one, he really minimized that stress for us, and made it a great experience. He really knows his stuff, and has a great personality! I would definitely recommend him to others, and use him again for future buying/selling needs.

Chad is a excellent realtor and an even better person, and we were very happy to have had worked with him to sell our house. He sold our house in one of the most stressful times in my life. With his extensive knowledge and ability to remain calm and professional on all occasions, his partnership gave us a sense on security while he handled some difficult situations for us. He puts all his time and energy into the sale your house and you'd be lucky to work with such a caring realtor.
