Chad Hatfield

Chad Hatfield is a Tampa/St. Petersburg area native. After graduating High School, Chad attended Huntingdon College and graduated with a bachelor’s in accounting along with being a 4-year varsity athlete for the Hawks Football program. “Football taught me very valuable transferable skills such as work ethic, discipline, problem solving and working with a diverse group of individuals to achieve one goal.” Before obtaining his Real Estate license, Chad spent 7 years in education as a teacher and football coach. Chad prides himself in his enthusiastic and heartfelt drive to serve his client’s best interest. He is dedicated, knowledgeable, and committed to finding the right property for his clientele. Chad considers himself an avid sports fan and loves to watch and talk sports. He is married to his High School sweetheart, and they have three beautiful children together.
