You could say Chad was born to work in real estate. Growing up in a family with an extensive background in investment brokerage, he was exposed to all aspects of the business from a young age. His early life was spent in the San Francisco Bay Area where his family has been managing and selling apartment buildings for more than 50 years.

Chad moved to Seattle after graduating from Gonzaga University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. He officially began his career as a Commercial Real Estate Broker in 2014, and since then he’s sold over $400MM worth of real estate. He builds long lasting relationships with clients, and his commitment to service inspires him to creatively meet client needs.

When he’s not brokering deals, you’ll find Chad with his wife and children in the Magnolia neighborhood. As a proud Eagle Scout, he continues to serve others through engagement in his community.
