Chad is one part of a team with his wife REALTOR® Kristine Palcic. They leverage each other's strengths and are a powerhouse team in the local North Port, Florida area real estate market and serve the surrounding areas from Sarasota to Cape Coral. Chad is a USCG Master Captain with over 30 years of experience. Having extensive knowledge of the local waterways, it is invaluable when looking to market or purchase property. Having Grown up in SW Pennsylvania, and spending a lot of time in the family automotive business, while learning everything automotive seemed to come naturally. He is a 3rd generation mechanic. It was also a driving factor for motorsports. Chad is able to repair nearly anything and used that to his advantage growing up; from dirt bikes to boats and well over 200 vehicles if it had an engine, Chad wanted it. While most of his life was spent in the automotive field, he also spent nearly a decade designing and building class 3 electronics for our nation's submarines. It was fun at first, but became boring after some time. So, Chad began looking for investment properties. After buying and selling several, having rentals and having fun with it, he became hooked.
Fast forward to 2020 Chad and Kristine decided to finish out their lives in paradise. They quickly found a new home for their family and sold nearly everything else and became permanent Florida residents. They enjoy all things outdoors! Boating does take priority, but they also spend a lot of time in nature, photography, bicycling, kayaking and lots of grilling. You can often find them supporting local eateries and providing community service. Chad's passion has always been in helping others. From sharing his knowledge to working the best deal, he and Kristine are here for you for 24/7, before, during and after the sale.
He believes in giving back to his community and recently volunteered to help with clean up after the last hurricane and made sure his neighbors were OK as well as donates to local non-profit organizations and shelters.
