When Chad is not selling your property or finding your dream home or investment opportunity, he is giving back to his community through volunteerism as a long-standing member of the local Penn Yan Lion's Club. Chad says the "icing on the cake" is living in the Finger Lakes while enjoying that sweet Keuka Lake living lifestyle with his family. He loves fast boats and fast cars and when he is not "putting the pedal to the metal" you can usually find him restoring one of his many vintage barns or vehicles. Fun Fact: Chad considers himself a bit of a 60's and 70's genre musicologist. He still loves the nostalgic sound of vinyl recordings and is always open to a little name that tune challenge.
