About Chad

My journey in Real Estate began in 1999 with the purchase of our first home, which we updated and quickly sold. Our interested in housing continued to grow as we continued the trend of buying and reselling. My wife Kim became a Realtor in 2002 and together we have designed and built multiple homes and have an in-depth knowledge of the rapid moving housing market of the Sioux Empire.
After many years of assisting Kim with marketing and advertising, I have decided to become a Realtor® full time. With the knowledge, I have attained as both a buyer and seller, combined with the years of assisting in the Real Estate field, my move to become a full-time Realtor® is a natural one. I have spent many of the last two decades as a small business owner. As a result, I have learned what it takes to make sure my clients are well taken care of.
