Chad has resided in the Murrieta-Temecula Valleys since 1993. Chad became a full-time licensed REALTOR in 2006, after successfully originating residential loans for 3 years previously. During the financial crash of 2008, Chad's broker at the time successfully specialized in foreclosures with tremendous volume. During peak times, exceeding 200 listings per month. With the extensive sales and managerial experience Chad has had, with both high-line automobiles and Harley-Davidson Motorcycles, and as a Senior Operations Manager at Costco Wholesale, Chad had strong sales experience to capitalize on the sudden foreclosure wave, starting with the first week as the senior buyer's specialist, putting 6 homes into escrow his very first week in real estate. After a successful tenure as a foreclosure specialist agent, Chad began purchasing trust deeds at auction steps and flipping homes for a profit. Chad did over 30 flips in the Inland-Empire and San Diego markets. Chad also obtained his California Broker License in 2009, to open his own brokerage to specialize in representing other investors, because Chad was very numbers savvy, from the discipline created and honed both at Costco, and learning from such a high-volume brokerage, Chad learned what to do to mitigate risk management and proactively protect his fiduciaries (clients) with the best and most efficient methods possible.
