Chad has been a licensed Realtor since 2002. In his first full year as a Realtor, Chad earned several awards including; Four Million Dollar Club and Most Improved Agent...and he has not looked back since. Chad spent several years with two of Austin's largest local builders where he was the Top Producing Sales Consultant in the company. With over 300 homes sold and closed, Chad has become one of the most knowledgeable Realtors in the Austin area.

Chad has been a local in Austin for over 30 years, where he attended K-12 at the nationally recognized Eanes (Westlake) ISD. He also has a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Marketing which he received from Southwest Texas State University.
