Chad Rabello

Chad was exposed to Silicon Valley real estate at an early age, with most of his family well-established within the industry. He grew up in Los Gatos, attending St. Mary’s School where he met his wife and now business partner, Meghan. From there, Chad attended St. Francis High School and went on to earn a BA with a concentration in Real Estate Finance and a Minor in Real Property Development from Cal Poly.

After finding success working in Business Development at a Bay Area start-up, Chad decided to follow his entrepreneurial inclination and forge his own path in the real estate industry. He quickly established himself as one of the rising stars in Silicon Valley real estate under the McDermott & Rabello brand, which played a pivotal role in establishing the presence of their current brokerage, Compass, in the Silicon Valley market. Compass has now become the #1 market share leader in all the Bay Area.

Chad remains steadfast in his efforts to build a strong and trusted brand under the Rabello Group to best serve his clients. His ambitious nature, unparalleled negotiation, and interpersonal skills as well as his meticulous attention to detail have shaped the footing to his widespread industry success.
