Chad is the man!! Had an incredible experience. Extremely knowledgeable about each step of the process and offered recommendations on services (lenders, home inspection, pest inspection, etc.) along the way. There was never a time during home buying that I felt lost or out of the loop. Very communicative and willing to go out of his way to meet my needs.

After listening to my wants he compiled a list of houses to check out. Along the way he would point out condition issues with the homes and steer us away from 'clunkers'. First day, we found our house.

Chad laid out the different options we could add into our offer and after 48 hours, we had locked.

After a year living at our new home, I couldn't be happier. Going forward, Chad will be my go to for all of my home buying/selling needs. Highly recommended!!

Chad helped us find our new home, he worked with the sellers to obtain a discount we used to make some needed repairs. He kept us informed and when a problem arose and I was ready to walk away, he was able to find a solution to save the deal.
