Chad started his career with a team that, during his tenure, was twice honored as a Top 10 Denver real estate team by the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® (DMAR). He was twice nominated by 5280 Magazine as a rising star in the Denver real estate market. In late 2016, he left the team to pursue his own real estate goals. Chad joined a small boutique firm as the Director of Talent Development and helped them grow from five agents to 27 during his one-year tenure. He then accepted a job as Director of Compliance with another growing company, and he quickly realized that he loves managing people and teaching other associates about Denver real estate. So, in May 2018, Chad started his own real estate corporation. He brings this wealth of experience with him to Compass.
