Chadwick Williams

Chadwick started as an investor in real estate and his passion for learning about the story of every house lead to him to start expanding his skills in real estate to include being a Property Manager, Broker, and REALTOR. In addition to being licensed to sell and manage Real Estate in Colorado, Chadwick has been a property investor for 8 years, analyzing and speculating market trends.

Before he became a real estate professional, he was a teacher. Chadwick taught ESL and Bilingual Education for 17 years in the inner-city schools in the Denver Metro Area as well as in Guadalajara, Mexico; Hiroshima, Japan; Vienna, Austria, and Doha, Qatar. Chadwick noticed there were often classes about financial planning, but they never included real estate. Now 20 years later, he looks back and thinks ‘man if I knew then what I know now about real estate, I would already be retired.’
