Proud to be a Native Floridian! Graduate from UCF, living in Central Florida all my life, Chanda loves and know this community. Pared with her passion for Real Estate, having a successful career in leadership and coordination with demanding professionals, she is driven to get the job done for her clients using negotiation, integrity, and ethics. Chanda is a profound sense of humor and maintain frequent communication to ensure transparency. Chanda’s Real Estate experience range includes Residential New Build, Re-sale, Renovation Projects and Historic Residential. She has an experience managing and operating Residential and Commercial Property Management department with daily correspondences with tenants, owners, professional vendors, and the financial accounting for all properties. She has a special focus in helping First Responders with their property needs which is fueled from my vast personal experience in working with law enforcement, Judicial and medical fields, and school personnel, as well as her extended family members and friends working in those fields. She believes in giving back to those who give so much to their communities and look out for their children and family members, many of whom have made great sacrifices. It is my honor and privilege to be given the opportunity and trust of representing and advising her clients with potentially the biggest decisions of their lives and I take those responsibilities very much to heart.
