Chandra Lacy

Next to being a mother to her two beautiful children, Chandra’s career in real estate is one of her greatest passions. Being a Pacific Northwest native has given her the opportunity to continue to learn and strengthen her knowledge of the real estate industry. Each day is an opportunity to keep moving forward and to learn how to best serve and communicate with her clients.

Three years ago, Chandra saw a shift in the market, and with the dramatic decrease of inventory she realized that there was a need to find more homes for her clients. The key was going to be to create them. She immediately began to work with investors to assist in renovating properties to create beautiful "like-new" homes. This experience has been such a fulfilling part of her business and has created stronger relationships with her clients to help them find and purchase the home of their dreams.

During those wonderful summer months we have, Sandra loves to visit local lakes and parks with her children. One of her passions is coaching her daughter's basketball team and helping these young women learn the value of teamwork and other skills to help them become the powerful people that she knows they will be. Her family is her joy and the driving force behind all that she does. She loves good books & podcasts and always takes recommendations!
