I had local client here in Atlanta who needed to sell a property in Chicago. I contacted Chandra by way of a mutual friend. Best decision I have made in recent history! Chandra really provide a true 5 STAR experience. Every step of the way from initial contact she answered every question and assisted my client every step of the way. She went above and beyond the call of duty. In a world of mediocrity. She was really exceptional in the small details. She worked and coordinated with my client for all the projects that needed to be completed before listing and made sure she had a clear understanding of all details. It's feels really good to know that their are agents that really CARE about what you need and help you get it done. Chandra is everything that you could want in an agent and then finds a way to do better. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the real estate market, having connections with developers, agents, photographers, stagers, and a long list of buyers and sellers. Not only that, she is the only agent that I came across whose knowledge of financing became invaluable in helping us navigate this high interest rate environment. It does not take her long to understand your needs as a buyer or seller. She’s amazing to work with, being kind, professional, and understanding of what you’re looking for as a buyer or the value of your home as a seller. But most importantly, she’s realistic with you about what the market has to offer and what your options are, good or bad. She is an agent who is looking for the right deal for you, not just any deal for the commission. Come to her with a sincere interest in buying or selling a property and in exchange you will get the best agent in the Chicago land area.

To be clear, Chandra was able to negotiate a great deal on our dream home; worked to make sure we closed before our wedding; put our old condo on the market with staging, photos, and an amazing listing in a week; got us a WELL “over ask” offer in a few days after the listing, at the first open house; got so much attention at the open house that she got my neighbor’s listing; got an offer on their condo in a matter of weeks; helped with getting our old condo closed in a short time; and then continued to help us make sure our punch list was addressed with our new build well after closing. Chandra, I can’t thank you enough for your help.

We moved mid-pandemic. Even with the restrictions, Chandra helped us safely see homes, make an informed decision, and understand the home buying process in a new-to-us state. We've bought and sold homes before, but our experience with Chandra was far and away the most professional we've experienced.

Even during a high-stress move, Chandra's skills and professionalism shined bright. My husband and I sold our house in Cleveland and closed on our new home in Chicago within the same week - what some call the nigh impossible. While we had our ups and downs with the banks, the title companies, and others, Chandra always came through - with a calm grace and a focus on solving the problem.

Anyone purchasing a home in Chicago would be wise to work with her.

Worked with Chandra to sell my home. Chandra was very knowledgeable and professional. She gave me advice on things to do to my home to make it show better and receive a higher buying price. Chandra even recommended contractors to get the work done quickly and at a reasonable price. She was always available to answer my questions and made the home selling experience very smooth.

I’d really like to say nothing about Chanda so I can keep her to myself but…………. ( in all seriousness)
I am an Out of Town Investor and like the old cliché goes “ It’s hard to find good help these days” is SO true from my experience - always ups and downs with more downs BUT Chandra is a top notch PROFESSIONAL who goes beyond the call of duty to help, accommodates, answers all my concerns and questions I may have in a timely manner with always a upbeat attitude. To me she is a SUPERSTAR and if I could I would give more than the limited 5 stars available. I can’t say enough about her thorough knowledge of this real estate industry from mortgages, finance, consulting and on and on. She has been a lifesaver to me and I find her NOT only to be interested in what $$$ I might bring her but she truly goes the extra mile to get things done which is very refreshing to see. I would have to say these types of hard working individuals come along once in a blue moon so when you find someone like Chandra hang onto them tight!! I have several contacts but none of them compare to Chandra’s work ethics.

I think Tina Turner said it the best – “YOUR SIMPLY THE BEST – BETTER THAN ALL THE REST – BETTER THAN ANYONE – ANYONE I EVER MET” that sums up Chandra in a nutshell!!!

I could go on and on about Chandra but I would have to say experience her for yourself and give her a try – you won’t be disappoint I guarantee you – she really is the best I have met in Chicago hands down!!! You have nothing to loose and piece of mind to gain.

From Day one Chandra has been very professional and completely hands on. I moved and was living out of state so I was trying to sell my condo remotely and Chandra took care of everything! She had suggestions and did all the preparations for my place and we had our buyer in a couple of days of being on the market. She was present and available any time of day and was there helping with all the details even minutes before closing! Chandra was wonderful from start to finish and I highly recommend her to anybody!
