Chanel James

Chanel was raised in Hampton, GA and has successfully helped negotiate and close a lot of families. She is a prominent agent in the metro Atlanta area.

Chanel graduated as Valedictorian from Miles College with a Dual Degree in Business Administration and Accounting. She enjoys helping people, and has become a very influential person in her community. She is also an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

Chanel implemented the “Chase Your Purpose Movement” in 2017, pushing young women to Chase their Purpose and Find Value within themselves. Utilizing her experience from Corporate America, Entrepreneurship, and Investing, she has become a force in the real estate industry. With her extensive background from training physicians, she is very detailed with training and explaining to her clients the process of buying a selling. Not only does she bring personality to the closing table, she brings negotiation skills, education, support, knowledge, and dedication to all clients.

Something unique about Chanel is she is a Best Selling Author of a book entitled “Pain Process Purpose: The 3Ps to Finding Your Spiritual Identity.”
