Channing Kelly

An Albuquerque native, Channing attended Manzano Day School and the Albuquerque Academy before leaving to attend Wesleyan University in Connecticut.

Channing worked in sales and marketing in San Francisco, New York, and Boston before deciding to return home to New Mexico and bring her talents to the family real estate business.

In June of 2008, Channing was selected as the Salesperson of the Year for the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors®. Channing was following in Ida's footsteps. Ida won the (then Salesman of the Year) award in 1984 and was only the third woman to receive that honor.

Channing was previously named 2003 Rookie of the Year in 2004. The award recognizes exemplary achievement by a newcomer to the real estate business, and is selected by industry peers.

In addition, Channing serves on the Professional Standards Committee for the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors® and is currently a Director for the Realtors® Association of New Mexico. She has previously served on the Board of Directors for the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors® and was selected as one of the twenty-five industry representatives to the 2003 Leadership Development Series sponsored by the Albuquerque Board of Realtors® and the Commercial Association of Realtors®. She has also served as a member of the Orientation Task Force and the Policy Committee for the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors® and on the MLS Review, Selection and Testing Committee for the Southwest Multiple Listing Service.
