Channy Diaz

Channy Díaz is a native of the Dominican Republic, where she learned about values including integrity, discipline and dedication from her father who is a respected lender in her community. From him, she also learned of the importance of creating lasting professional relationships through integrity, mutual respect, and trust. Channy earned a law degree from the Caribbean University del Caribe (UNICARIBE) in the Dominican Republic and emigrated to Florida to the U.S. In 2014, she moved to Long Island and earned her New York State real estate professional license. Channy has the unique qualifications of a licensed real estate professional and experienced legal professional. She specializes in residential real estate, representing buyers, sellers, and investors. Channy guides her clients through sales and purchases, as well as difficult situations including foreclosures and short sales. She has built a stellar reputation based on honesty, expert guidance, and excellent results. Deeply committed to continuing education and professional development, Channy pursues ongoing training so that she can best serve her clients with a variety of needs. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Channy is the founder and producer of the web TV show “Si Se Puede Long Island TV (Yes You Can) with Channy Díaz.” The program provides information and guidance about the processes of buying and selling homes, with special guests including lawyers, inspectors, bankers, and other industry professionals. Channy’s mission is to help people realize the goal of owning a home, a vital part of the American Dream for many. She has grown to be a respected community leader, entrepreneur and speaker in the Hispanic community and an outstanding role model for many women. In her free time, she enjoys reading books and traveling with her children.
