Chante is amazing! I reached out to her before starting the homebuying process and she was extremely pleasant. Once I was pre-approved we began looking at houses IMMEDIATELY. The market was tough and we took a few losses but through it all we trusted each other and she was able to help me secure a home. Chante was very professional, accessible, responsive and resourceful. It didn't matter when we texted her, she responded promptly. She was quick to schedule tours and submitted daily searches. If she didn't know the answer, she would complete her research and provide feedback. We were able to complete the process in 2 1/2 months (pre-qualification to closing). Chante was very dedicated to us and I felt like I was her only client. It was a pleasure to work with this young, enthusiastic entrepeneur! We recommend Ms. Goodwin without hesitation. Making the decision to get serious about buying a home was the biggest financial commitment I ever made. I had the pleasure of attending a first time home owner seminar under the recommendation of Chante, and it was just the motivation I needed. In January 2020 I decided I would start a plan to budget and save for my first home. Throughout the year Chante would follow up with me on my saving progress and answer any of my lingering questions. From endless questions about the buying process to traveling many miles to tour homes, Chante remained sincere and interested in helping me. I can’t express how happy I was to receive a thorough home inspector at the recommendation of Chante who found important repairs that needed to be resolved before I closed on the house. With the professional help of Chante, I was able to close on my 1st home in December 2020. Not only was I treated as a valuable client throughout the entire process, I was also cared for like family.
