Chantel Sparrow is the best agent I have ever dealt with. She is very professional, up to date with the market, experienced and extremely helpful, transparent, and truly reliable, and she really cares about her clients like family. My husband and I were new to home buying, and she explained everything in a very easy way to understand. Chantel was so accommodating and worked around our schedule, and never made us feel uncomfortable or unwelcomed. She was always available to answer our questions and show us houses and help us get the perfect house we were looking for. It has been seven months since we bought this house, and I am still very happy with the deal and thankful to Chantel for getting us our dream house. Chantel made buying a house such a breeze! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to do any Real Estate transaction!!!

I'm not sure how else to say it...but...Working with Chantel through this process was absolutely WONDERFUL.

As a first time home buyer, I'd wanted to educate myself on everything regarding the home buying process.
That being said, I'd started my research about a year prior to actually applying for a mortgage. Even in these early stages of my process....Chantel always made herself available! She answered every last one of my questions (even the silly ones) with a smile... and always left me feeling like I'd been thoroughly educated after each conversation.

After a year of researching the market (with Chantel being just a phone call away of course 🙃)...i was finally ready to start searching for my home.
At this stage Chantel made herself available at all times... and emphasized that she was happy to work around my rotating schedule.

When I finally found the perfect home...Chantel transferred me into the capable hands of other team members which she works very closely with.

The team worked through the process seamlessly...and helped me all the way through closing.

Chantel was actually more excited at my closing then I was...lol 😅...but thats just how dedicated she was to my process!

Anyway....all that being said....I'll finish by saying...Thank you Chantel...!
