Charise Hanchey

I am a long time resident of Baton Rouge but originally from New Iberia, LA. I have been married for 17 years to Brian Hanchey and we are the proud parents of one son. I am a graduate of the University of Southwestern Louisiana with a B.S. in Criminal Justice as well as a graduate of LSU's Paralegal Studies Program. I am a member of St. Jude Catholic Church, Academy of The Sacred Heart Alumni and Tri Sigma Alumni Sorority. I have been in the Real Estate industry since 2007. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, the State of Louisiana Realtors Association and the Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors. I am also a member of the Council of Residential Specialists, a member of the Accredited Buyer's Representatives as well as a Certified eMarketing Specialist and Accredited Staging Professional. I have received numerous Coldwell Banker ONE awards including 2007 "Rookie of the Year", 2007 and 2008 Top Producer Bronze Club Awards, 2009 "Attitude is Everything Award", 2009 - 2013 Top Producer Silver Club Awards, 2014 Top Producer Gold Award, 2014 Coldwell Banker International Society award. In my previous life, I worked in the mortgage business from 1999 until I started my real estate career in 2007.
