I randomly chose Charity as my realtor to relocate from Indiana to Colorado Springs and I couldn't have been happier about the entire experience. She was so responsive that every time I messaged her I got an immediate reply. She followed through on everything promised and made sure the transaction was as smooth as possible. The largest contribution came in the form of not only getting the house for $50k less than list price, but she also kept the sellers engaged and under contract when my contingency fell through and I needed to find a second buyer for my Indiana home. She expertly navigated me through the entire search and buying process.

I could not recommend Charity highly enough.

Can we rate someone more than 5 Stars!? Charity is an amazing realtor. From being super attentive, always responsive, and beyond kind. Always willing to jump in to assist, provide information, and get us the best deal! We were first time homebuyers and she helped us find a home where we could use our VA home, she also helped us sell that home, and helped us through a new build. Talk about full circle!
