If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! Charlene helped me find a home that met all my requirements!! She was patient and quickly adjusted search criteria when my requirements changed. What can I say about Ms. Charlene Houston? Well for starters, she is confident in her abilities to sell your home. She's understanding, kind, and did I mention confident?
It's not every day you meet a professional who truly loves what they do. Charlene was absolutely amazing. We started our home search last year with a different realtor which was a very unpleasant experience. I reached out to Michele Rose via Instagram who connected me with Charlene. Best thing that could have happened. Charlene walked us through the entire process from beginning to end. All of her information was always up to date and accurate. Communication 10/10. I would definitely recommend Charlene to anyone that’s buying or selling a house. Words do not seem adequate enough for me to express my gratitude to Charlene Houston but I will try. I was referred to Charlene by a friend of mine. I was looking for a tenant for my duplex. I did not want the aggravation of finding a tenant and doing everything that needs to be done to get the right person {been there done that). Charlene was the person who put my mind at ease. Her professionalism compounded with her integrity and attention to detail were well noted.
