Charlene Strauser

I was born and raised in Johnstown, New York and continue to live locally. Family ties, great friends and a love for the Adirondacks keeps me right at home. It’s exciting to find great real estate properties close to home that would be a perfect fit for a new person or family. Since I’m from the area, I know the ins and outs of each town and city and give my clients a great feel for the place they are hoping to move into or what prospects they could have when selling their home.

I have been married since 1996 and have 3 active sports-fanatic children.

With more than 28 years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist and after 14 years of managing my previous salon, I decided in 2011 to venture out on my own and work for myself as an independent hair stylist.

In 2015 I decided to add Real Estate to my life and absolutely love it!

I've spent 8 years as a volunteer softball and baseball coach at Gloversville Little League.

I am passionate about cancer research and like to donate to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

I am a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Eastern New York Regional MLS (ENYRMLS), the Greater Capital Region Board of Realtors (GCAR), and the New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR).
