Charles is a lifelong resident of Hampton Roads, VA. Growing up at the oceanfront of Virginia Beach, he graduated from First Colonial High School in the late 80’s and then went on to Virginia Tech. Upon graduating from VT with a Finance Degree, he moved back to Virginia Beach. He met his wife in 2000 and they have two beautiful children.
